READ: Mark 3:7-15
“And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:” – Mark 3:14-15
Copying helps you to enter new things faster.
Copying quickens your rate of advancement in life and ministry. Because you are following a wellchartered road, you have the benefit of those who went on before you. The things that slowed them down will not slow you down. You will move through obstacles faster because your kind will give you tips on how to overcome.
Without experiments and trials, anyone would be faster. One day, I was going somewhere with someone. He was in his car ahead and I was in mine. When he got into traffic, he called me and told me not to follow the way he had gone because there was too much traffic on his route. I ended up getting there faster than he did because he saved me from having to go through his problem.
Copying helps to overcome problems. Problems of a particular kind usually have the same solution. When you copy someone you will learn from the solutions he has developed. His experience at tackling the same problems will be yours.
Have you ever wondered why doctors are calm in the face of apparent emergencies? It is because they are following solutions that have been repeated over and over for the same kind of problem.
