“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now …” – Malachi 3:10
You must obey the Word of God, which instructs you to give your tithes and offerings regularly.
Without tithing and giving offerings, your confessions about prosperity will have no effect. You might just as well say, “Twinkle, twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are; up above the world so high, like a diamond in the sky”!
When God decides to honour your confessions, He will be looking for your seed. God will be looking for the seed that you have planted so that He can bless you supernaturally. But if there is no seed, what can God bless? He has nothing to work with.
It is not enough to just name it and claim it. You must go a step further and obey the Word of God. That is how you take it! You must act on your faith. Every time you give money to God, it is an act of faith. We believe that your money is not a stone; it is a seed. It is going to germinate and bring forth much fruit.
Generosity is honoured by the Lord. When God sees your acts of generosity, which confirm your claim to prosperity, He will supernaturally pour out His blessings upon you.
There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. Proverbs 11:24, 25
