After this manner therefore pray ye:… – Matthew 6:9
Pray every day without useless repetitions. But when ye pray, use not VAIN REPETITIONS, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
Matthew 6:7
Pray every day with the attitude of thanksgiving. Always thank God in your prayers. Enter His gates with thanksgiving. It is important to do this every day. Start with praise and end with thanksgiving. …Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Matthew 6:9
Pray for the work of God every day. Pray for the kingdom of God every day. Do not be selfish! Do not only pray for yourself. Pray for the kingdom of God! Pray for the church! Pray for the work of God. THY KINGDOM COME. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:10
Pray for the will of God to be done in your life every day. If you do not pray for the will of God, circumstances will direct you away from the will of God. Jesus prayed for three hours for the will of God to be done. Why would Jesus have to pray for three hours for the will of God to be done if it did not matter? It means the will of God would not have happened if Jesus had not prayed. We experience many things that are not the will of God because we did not pray for the will of God. From today, start praying that God’s will be done in your life. Pray for it every day so that only the will of God will happen.
Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE in earth, as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:10
