The candlestick was the only source of light in the Holy Place. Remember that the Holy Place was a tent without windows. There were no inlets of light at all in the Holy Place. The candlestick contained the oil that burned and provided light in the Holy Place. The candlestick clearly represents the Holy Spirit’s direction and guidance for your life and ministry.
As you get closer to the presence of God, you cannot depend on “natural light” at all. You must depend more and more on supernatural guidance for everything that you do. You cannot claim to have wisdom if you do not know what the will of God is. Through the supernatural guidance of the Spirit, you will know the appointed times of God. You will accomplish great things for God because His wisdom will be deep in you. It is only when you follow the supernatural light of God that you come into His presence.
All animals have a supernatural guiding force within them. Animals have no technology at their disposal but they know where to go and how to go to places. They are able to migrate hundreds of miles without a compass of any sort. This is supernatural! God’s word teaches us that if we cannot match the animals in supernatural guidance, we are not yet wise. Through the Holy Spirit you will have supernatural guidance and be able to match the animals in their supernatural knowledge and timings. From today, you will know supernatural timings and judgments.
