READ: Genesis 41: 22-32
“And I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up in one stalk, full and good: And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them:” – Genesis 41:22-23
The wind of the Spirit can cause a withering of anything that displeases God. Notice the wind of the Spirit causing things to be withered.
The seven ears were withered and thin because of the east wind that blew on them. God’s enemies will become thin and will wither because of the work of the Spirit against them.
Notice the wind of the Spirit driving away demonic powers. The wind of the Spirit can blow away demonic powers. Locusts speak of demonic powers. The wind of God blew away the locusts, which had devoured the land of Egypt (Exodus 10:16-19). Whatever has eaten the harvest of souls in your ministry will be blown away by the mighty rushing wind of the Spirit. The wind of the Spirit in your life is going to blow away the demonic powers that have invaded your church.
Notice the wind of the Spirit blowing away death. The wind of the Spirit can blow away the plague of death. Death covered the whole earth in the days of Noah. Every living thing died because of the waters. It took the wind of God to blow away the waters of death.
And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged; Genesis 8:1
Whatever represents death in your life is blown away by the Holy Spirit! The Holy Spirit is driving away death from your life and ministry.
