READ: Romans 4:16-21
“(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were” – Romans 4:17
Faith is to predict great things! Faith is to declare great things! Faith is to speak great words.
I once heard a pastor prophesying to his congregation. I thought to myself, ”How can these things happen?” I thought to myself, “He’s giving them false hopes.” But I was wrong. The pastor was walking in faith and creating things in the spirit. Faith is to predict great things! Faith is to speak powerful things into existence! Faith is to speak the greatest and most amazing declarations over the people you are shepherding.
Faith is what you say. Faith is to speak what you believe is going to happen as though it has already happened.
TO SPEAK NEGATIVELY IS TO SHOW YOUR LACK OF FAITH. Speak positively and call things that are non-existent into existence. The more you speak things of the future into existence by your bold declarations, the more you show yourself to be a man of faith.
Faith calls those things that are not as though they were. Faith speaks about the future and declares great things. It is time to declare great things so that you can walk in the faith that God walks in. Declaring your doubts about everything is not faith. Sharing your fears with everyone is not faith. Explaining why things will not work is not faith. Giving us your logical analysis is not faith.
…. Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, …And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; Romans 4:17-20
