READ: Hebrews 10:19-25

“But all Israel and Judah loved David, because he went out and came in before them.” – 1 Samuel 18:16

Fellowship is a very important part of success. The more you interact with godly people, the more godliness will rub off unto you. The more you interact with successful people, the more successful you will become.

David did not isolate himself. He kept in touch and that helped him immensely. Ministers are often tempted to isolate themselves permanently from other ministers. This is because many people who should be your brothers are often your competitors and rivals.

In spite of this, it is helpful to interact and to fellowship. In fact, the Bible teaches us that this is a sign that you are a Christian.

“We know that we have passed from death unto life, because WE LOVE THE BRETHREN. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death” (1 John 3:14).

If you are doing well in life, you will often be found fellowshipping. “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the
light, WE HAVE FELLOWSHIP ONE WITH ANOTHER, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin”
(1 John 1:7).

Do not stay away. Relate with people ahead of you. Befriend successful people. You will become a blessed person
because you have made the right associations.
