Ivory coast as it is commonly known is the worlds largest producer of cocoa, providing 30% of the worlds cocoa to large chocolate producers.

Historically speaking the country of Ivory Coast was colonised by the French who ruled almost liberally. Ivorians were encouraged to embrace the French culture and speak the language, with the hope of eventually become French citizens. This documentary will take you back in time to discover and learn about the events of history that make the country what it is today you will see real life footage from the 2010 civil war which tore the country apart.
