READ: Revelation 21:1-7
There is a VANITY which is done upon the earth; that there be just men, unto whom it happeneth according to the work of the wicked; again, there be wicked men, to whom it happeneth according to the work of the righteous: I said that this also is VANITY. :-Ecclesiastes 8:14
Knowing you are predestined to an eternity with Jesus gives meaning to your life. In this life good men seem to reap what a wicked man should reap and wicked men seem to reap what a righteous man should reap. This is another unfortunate and useless characteristic of this life. If that is all we are to ever experience, then our life is really useless. Thank God for eternity. In eternity such injustices will not exist. Eternity will wipe away sorrow and pain.
Knowing you are predestined to an eternity with Jesus gives meaning to your life. There will be many days of darkness on earth, days of futility, many sad days and many painful experiences. That is what the word of God promises you. What a painful existence we have! Thank God for eternity! Knowing you are predestined for a life in glory gives you a reason to live.
But if a man live many years, and rejoice in them all; yet let him remember the days of darkness; for they shall be many. All that cometh is VANITY.
Ecclesiastes 11:8
Knowing you are predestined to an eternity with Jesus gives meaning to your life. Many of our childhood and youthful experiences are useless and pointless. When we are young, we think we are on top of the world. We think we know everything. However, many experiences are pointless, senseless and useless. In eternity, you will not have pointless, useless and senseless experiences. You are predestined for a glorious existence in eternity.
Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are VANITY.
