READ: Proverbs 4:1-11
“Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: SHE SHALL BRING THEE TO HONOUR, when thou dost embrace her.” – Proverbs 4:8
Wisdom determines your position and rank in your nation. Joseph’s wisdom determined who he became in the land of Egypt. Through wisdom, you will become an important person in your country. You are going to be a prominent and honourable person in your nation, through the wisdom of God.
AND PHARAOH SAID UNTO JOSEPH, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, THERE IS NONE SO DISCREET AND WISE AS THOU ART: Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt. Genesis 41:39-41
Wisdom determines your ability to stay in an elevated position. Through wisdom, you will remain in your exalted position. You will not go up and come down suddenly. Through wisdom, whatever God has given you will be preserved. David remained a hero till he died because he behaved himself wisely. Indeed, it is wisdom that makes you stable.
And DAVID BEHAVED HIMSELF WISELY in all his ways; and the LORD was with him. Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him. 1 Samuel 18:14-15
Wisdom determines your place in ministry. Paul’s wisdom determined his place in ministry. Your wisdom will determine how far you will go in ministry. It is only through wisdom that you can build a ministry that will outlast you.
And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother PAUL ALSO ACCORDING TO THE WISDOM GIVEN UNTO HIM hath written unto you; 2 Peter 3:15
